John Higgs has published a highly acclaimed book on William Blake, William Blake vs the World, written from a non-academic and, it is claimed, countercultural point of view. Elsewhere on The Traveller in the Evening, Andy Wilson wrote a long review of the book, entitled Blake in Beulah. Here, Conor Kostick interviews Andy, partly about the review and, by extension, about his own views on Blake and the counterculture.
